Be Limitless PTY Ltd has an un-beatable refund policy and an amazing track record, to protect both You (Our Client) and our organisation (The Provider) from scammers and unethical practices this policy and agreement needs to be in place.

Simply Put:

If “The Harlequin Experience” (which includes all additional coaching, counselling and bonuses) was not worth your investment, then we will happily refund you.

Based on your choice of package. (Gold Package – 100% refund, Platinum Package – 200% refund, Bronze package does not qualify for refund)

All that is required from you is:

100% Commitment** and 100% Participation** in “The Harlequin Experience”. – we will do the rest.

We are sure that you can respect that this Refund Policy is not a “get rich” opportunity. As you can tell, there is a wonderful opportunity here where someone could take advantage of our good nature and capitalise on our money back guarantee to either get our services for free or make a quick buck. We are not in the “quick buck” business and of course, we know that you may not be either. To protect you (Our Client) and ourselves (The Provider) please read these T’s & C’s.

Just as you would like us to put our best efforts in to serve you, there is a responsibility on you to do the same.

Be Limitless PTY Ltd wants you to be satisfied with your investment and asks you to give it your best effort to apply all the content, processes strategies and insights from the programme in your daily life. (At least test them to see how they play out for you). Thousands have benefited from this and we are sure you will experience the same.

You cannot expect a 100% or a 200% refund if you do not Commit and Participate 100% through each phase of the programme** and use the content, processes strategies and insights from the programme in your daily life, not so?

Otherwise, this is like buying a diet programme, placing it on the shelf, continuing to get fat and then complaining that the programme does not work for you. You must use it to see how and where it works for you.

You will be asked at the end of each workshop, whether you have received the value of the process or not. Your verbal conformation is binding and is taken as a written confirmation.

General Conditions

By visiting our site and / or purchasing our services, you commit to and engage in our “Service” and or Services. You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Policy and Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and in any additional or separate documentation. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, students and participants, including and without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and / or contributors of content.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current course shall also be subject to Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service and or Content by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check pages periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to this Website and / or Service Offering following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Due to the sheer volume of participants and requests, unless otherwise indicated, booked or arranged: All one-on-one coaching, telephonic sessions and bonus material requests expire within 30 days of completing each workshop.


You agree to: Not record, delete, distort, generalise, copy, plagiarise, reproduce, exploit, sell, duplicate, broadcast, slander or resell any portion or any content of the Workshop, Course, Seminar, Training, Coaching or any other work, related or not, no matter what the format, digital, analogue, remote, in person, hard copy or soft copy. No derivative work may be gleaned or created from this work and any use of the Workshop, Course, Seminar, Coaching or Training and Content, digital or analogue of any kind whether through direct contact or any other contact, direct or indirect, through any extra medium such as our website/s, podcasts, online works of any kind or any other content, through which the service is provided, may not be used, shared or distributed in any format whatsoever, whether for personal, entertainment or commercial use (Any format or use) without consultation and explicit written consent and agreement with and from the Directors or Holding Concerns of Be Limitless PTY Ltd.

Be Limitless PTY Ltd retains all Intellectual property rights on all content and works produced or offered and protected by law under Intellectual Property law act and the Public Domain act. Including all amendments. Breach of this policy will be prosecuted in a court of law.

Prorate Refunds

You can pull out or leave at any time, no questions asked. (The Refund policy remains in effect).

There are no prorate refunds for workshops that are not attended or completed on the part of the participant or sponsor.

This is not the commitment that you (Our Client) or us (The Provider) signed up for and is not a failing on the part of Be Limitless PTY Ltd (The Provider).

If you book a movie and miss that movie or walk out half way, the movie house is not obliged to refund you.

Be Limitless PTY Ltd makes every effort to ensure that both BreakThrough and Chalice are scheduled well in advance (generally one entire calendar year in advance, unless there is a logistical rescheduling) to ensure that you have ample notice and opportunity to plan your life and book your workshop.

If you fail to take the opportunity to attend and complete your “Harlequin Experience” within your agreed time period, Be Limitless PTY Ltd or any subsidiaries cannot be held liable for non-attendance and / or non-completion of any workshop or process.


If you are willing to double your risk and spend twice the investment, then take the Bronze package. This is a non-refundable package and works out to cost twice as much in the long run.

If you would like ZERO RISK, then take the Gold package with a 100% money back guarantee. If you would like to completely REVERSE YOUR RISK and get even more out of this programme, then we suggest that you grab the Platinum package. It comes complete with a 200% money back guarantee and is filled with all sorts of extra goodies and bonuses, just for you. This protects both you (our Client) to participate and us to deliver.

Please realise, at this point that Be Limitless PTY Ltd takes approximately five times the risk than you do (Our Client).

If we need to affect a refund then this means that:

  1. We did not deliver and we risk losing you as a client
  2. We lose the investment of our time into you
  3. We lose your investment into the programme
  4. We risk a double refund
  5. We risk our stellar reputation.

Cancelations and Penalties

We have extended the Terms and Conditions of completing “The Harlequin Experience” from 120 days (4 months) to 180 days (6 months) to accommodate you as far as possible and to ensure that you have enough time to plan your life.

We, on the other hand wait with bated breath for you to commit and complete your “Harlequin Experience”. Our logistics are extensive and effect every single participant and outcome of each workshop. Be Limitless PTY Ltd makes sure that there are more than enough confirmed workshops throughout the year to accommodate you and ensure that you can complete your “Harlequin Experience” within a reasonable time frame. If a workshop that you are enrolled in needs to be moved for logistical reasons, you will be informed ASAP. Know that this is done to provide you with the best experience and will not affect your terms of agreement. Outside of this, the rest is up to you. If you cancel or defer without ample notification, this throws everything off track. To keep us both to our agreements we need to have clauses and penalties.

Please inform Be Limitless of any change of attendance prior to the course commencement date in writing

(per e-mail at: Limitless@BeLimitless.co.za).

Be Limitless reserves the right to reschedule publicised course dates should the minimum criteria for a workshop not be met. Participants will be notified of such mention by Be Limitless at least four (4) days prior to the original schedule either via telephone and or email.


If you need to cancel your attendance please do so in writing, via e-mail ASAP.

  • Participants may find a replacement for their reserved place. All logistics, Terms and Conditions will be transferred over to this replacement. It is your responsibility to inform your replacement of these terms and conditions. In addition, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of a “Sponsor”
  • Cancelling within 30 days or less in writing before course commencement – you may request a 50% refund.
  • Cancelling within 14 days or less in writing before course commencement – No refund.
  • Once the workshop commences, any non-participation without any communication, arrangement or agreement – your investment is forfeit – No refund.


BreakThrough is the initial workshop and Chalice is the completion workshop of “The Harlequin Experience”. The terms and conditions that you agree to for BreakThrough and “The Harlequin Experience” apply within Chalice, including specific terms stipulated on the Chalice registration form.

Please note: There are NO additional charges or hidden fees etc… to attend Chalice. (Unless otherwise based on your package plan, breach of agreement or otherwise arranged).

The simple T’s & C’s which apply specifically to Chalice are to support you and encourage you to complete your Harlequin Experience within the allotted time frame. Due to the nature of additional logistics and Chalice dates following your BreakThrough, we simply require a commitment to a choice of these dates.

Places are limited on Chalice and if you commit to a date and do not attend, this might deny others an opportunity to attend. To avoid these complications there is a penalty of non-attendance if you commit to a stipulated date and do not attend.

We really do not like applying these additional clauses or penalties and seldom impose them. They exist to protect you and your fellow participants. Please do not put us in a position where we need to enforce them.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with Be Limitless PTY Ltd. We may, limit or cancel any quantities purchased per person, household or order with sole discretion. These restrictions are not limited to and may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card and/or shipping address. We will attempt to notify you via the provided e-mail or phone number, if we need to make a change, update or cancel an order.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, appear to be fraudulent or placed by dealers, distributors or resellers.

If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay the interest that we incur on your behalf on all past-due sums at a rate of 2% per month.

Late payments are treated as a breach of agreement on your behalf.

You agree to provide current, accurate, up to date and complete account information for all purchases made through any of our online portals.

You agree to promptly update all personal, relevant information like your mobile number, account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that you can complete your transactions without any hassle or for us to contact you if necessary.

If you are in the wonderful position to sponsor a participant, this is fantastic. Based on our experience we need to share and implement some terms and conditions for you generous individuals.

A “Sponsor” is anyone who commits to supply or be responsible for the financial component of a participant or is responsible for the participant fulfilling their agreement and financial commitments. This includes parents, guardians, friends, strangers and family.

There are three classes of sponsors, for more information and support for Sponsors, please refer to connected content, articles and podcasts.

Sponsors, are encouraged to book a TOTALLY FREE Q&A session where we can meet and get to know one another.

Sponsors are encouraged to ask questions and clear up any expectations or confusion ahead of time.

We have your best interests at heart and when you get to know the Be Limitless organisation, we are wonderful people with over three decades of experience, who do not believe in breaking anyone down, but rather in building them up to be functional, awesome individuals, just as you want them to be. This often does not mean that they will come out of The Harlequin Experience the way you expect them to. Being a sponsor does not give any individual the authority to make unreasonable requests or demands of either Be Limitless PTY Ltd, the administration, the facilitators, directors or anyone connected indirectly or directly to The Harlequin Experience.

A sponsor may not request a refund unless explicitly initiated by the sponsored participant totally independent of their sponsor as outlined in the refund terms and conditions.

In this unique and un-lightly event, if all terms and conditions have been met, the refund will be made directly in to the sponsor’s account. All applicable terms and conditions apply.

Be Limitless PTY Ltd wants you to be satisfied with “The Harlequin Experience” and any other services that we provide. To raise the level of trust and to minimise and even reverse your risk we offer you a 100% and a 200% money back guarantee and refund policy.

To date, after being in business for over three decades we have not been asked for a refund, this talks to our quality and to our commitment to provide you with value. So far, all participants feel that they have gained the value and monies worth by the end of BreakThrough.

This also makes these next few stages strange (yet necessary) to include.

Be Limitless PTY Ltd and HarlequinJHB.co.za makes every effort to deliver its service and on its promise of outstanding value. By its nature, this is a two-way Refund Policy and needs to be met by both parties.

You would like Be Limitless PTY Ltd to put in their best efforts and we would like you to put in your best effort and apply or at least try on all the teachings, philosophies and mental strategies etc. which we facilitate through each course, workshop, online content, podcasts, videos, audio programmes, executive coaching etc… and any other medium through which we communicate or distribute our content. If you experience that Be Limitless PTY Ltd is not providing its promised service, please indicate this as early as possible to provide Be Limitless PTY Ltd an opportunity to fulfil your needs.

To affect this policy, Be Limitless PTY Ltd will do everything to meet their criteria and ask you to please, ensure that all criteria is met on your end before triggering this refund policy or refund process.

Terms & Conditions for refund

Due to the nature of The Harlequin Experience and refund Terms and Conditions.

No refunds can be affected if you:

  • Do not complete your “Harlequin Experience” within the designated time frame (180 days/6 months)
  • Do not commit and participate 100% through the process
  • Breach any upfront criteria, agreements or terms and conditions
  • Do not participate in all processes, games, interactions, feedback and Q&A Sessions (We respect you – You will not be asked to do anything degrading, humiliating or immoral)
  • Do not complete all the exercises and homework
  • Do not attend the Post workshop event (unless for obvious logistical reasons like not being in JHB or location or out of signal where remote access technology is not available. You can join via Zoom or other available services) otherwise non-attendance must be arranged in writing.
  • Have opted for a payment plan and have not yet settled your account in full before completing your Harlequin Experience.
  • Have opted for a package which does not include a refund option
  • Do not participate in the FREE coaching and support sessions, criteria and Bonuses provided in your package
  • Do not go through the audio and supporting processes and content
  • Do not indicate during the workshop that your needs are not being met
  • Do not take notes, interact, participate and give it your 100%
  • Do not use the content in your life.
  • Do not use or request the free coaching and support sessions
  • Do not indicate by the close of each workshop that you will trigger the refund process
  • You simply feel “uncomfortable” or “did not like” the experience
  • Cannot provide evidence of actually doing the work required
  • If you or associated parties have made repetitive, ridiculous requests outside of the scope of common courtesy and what is provided by Be Limitless PTY Ltd
  • No refunds can be provided if any of the minimum requirements of your commitments are not met or were not reached.
  • If Be Limitless PTY Ltd has had to “carry you”, make acceptations, provide discounts, take a risk or make special arrangements with or for you of any kind on your behalf

No refunds can be provided without final notice, date of purchase, completion, compliance or any communication within 24 hours after the last session of your BreakThrough and Chalice and the completion of your “The Harlequin Experience”.

If you opted for a payment plan, you are legally required to complete the remaining outstanding payments of your payment plan.

Late payments are treated as a breach of agreement on your behalf.

All commitments and arrangements (made in writing) must be reached before any arbitrary (perverse) or additional requests can be made.

No refunds can be provided without any timeous communication in writing that you are not receiving value and that you intend to request a refund. Send E-mail to (limitless@belimitless.co.za). We would at least appreciate an opportunity to make you happy, whether you continue through the experience or not.

Failing any of these “Ts’s & C’s” it would be difficult in good conscience to either request, entertain or to affect a refund.

All refunds will be affected within 24 hours of completing “The Refund Process”.


Refund Process

If you have met all the “criteria” and you decide that “The Harlequin Experience” was not worth what you paid, then, please trigger the “refund process”.

To qualify for and to trigger “The refund process”.

Please submit a “I would like a refund” E-mail to limitless@belimitless.co.za

Within 24 Hours of completing the final session of BreakThrough to alert us that you have not gained anything from the process. It stands to reason that if you were not satisfied with BreakThrough, we need to be alerted to this to serve you best.

If we cannot assist you in correcting the underlying problem and that The Harlequin Experience was not worth your investment to you, we will gladly issue you a prompt and FULL refund based on your selected package.

Once completing your Chalice and your “Harlequin Experience” and you feel that you would still like a refund, please submit a second “I still would like a refund” mail to: limitless@belimitless.co.za

All communications must be submitted in writing for tracking purposes.

This will be time stamped and trigger a “refund form” which will be sent back to you for your refund details and for your feedback so that we may see where we went off course, clear up any confusion and where we can improve our process and make you happy.

Once you have completed and returned the feedback form, please submit and send or deliver:

All course material, your workbook, notes, homework, journaling and any other materials where you have applied the necessary philosophies, strategies and teachings of The Harlequin Experience to the Be Limitless Head Office.

This is not to pry; this is to evaluate participation and proof that you did the required work.

These materials will be treated with the highest degree of care, privacy and confidentiality and will be returned to you promptly once the evaluation is complete.

This evaluation process may include a peer reviewed survey of your groups (both BreakThrough and Chalice) if necessary, to evaluate your participation from a non-bias group, panel or committee. Your groups probably like you more than they like us.

Should you request a refund excluding your coursework and any of the above materials as proof of your participation, application and putting the work into action, it simply makes sense that you cannot be granted a refund.

Please Note: Once you have triggered the refund process, unless otherwise discussed, arranged and agreed to in writing, all other T’s & C’s still apply and remain private and confidential. You may not distribute, share, slander or participate in any further work, content or any other offering offered by Be Limitless or any of its holding constituents. (Seems fair?)

Once you have triggered the refund process, you will not be accepted into nor permitted to participate in any further courses presented by Be Limitless PTY Ltd.

All Refund requests must be made in the final session or within 24 hours of the final session of each workshop (BreakThrough and Chalice) for us to serve you best.

All refund requests expire 14 days after the last session of your Chalice and completion of your Harlequin Experience.

Be Limitless PTY Ltd will make every effort to meet their agreements and for you to meet yours.

Third-Party Links & Optional Tools

We may provide you with suggestions or access to third-party content, tools and software. We obviously cannot and do not, either monitor nor have any input nor control over them. We use these tools or software, just like you and are subject to their (that provider) T’s and C’s. You acknowledge and agree that we provide these suggestions or access to such content and tools as they are made available. We cannot honour any of the third-party warranties or claims. Third parties do not represent us (Be limitless PTY LTD) and Be Limitless PTY Ltd does not represent them (third-party provider) and cannot make any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We have no liability whatsoever from or relating to your use of these optional third-party tools or content. Any use of these “Third-Party” tools, content and or software is used entirely at your own risk and discretion, please be sensible and responsible. You must ensure that you approve and are familiar with the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider(s). If in the future, offer new services and/or features and content. Such new features, services, content and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Third-party sites or establishments may direct you to another third-party website, content or products, please be aware that these are not affiliated to or with us. We are not responsible for examining, evaluating or endorsing the accuracy of content or product and do not warrant or accept any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites, products or services. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made about any third-party websites. You acknowledge that your participation in “The Harlequin Experience” and any other or further work offered by Be Limitless PTY Ltd is completely voluntary and of your own free will. You are responsible for yourself and whatever you do for the duration of the experience and thereafter. Be Limitless PTY Ltd and HarlequinJHB management, interns and employees do not accept any liability for loss or damages of whatever nature including consequential or special damages arising out of your or the participants’ attendance at Be Limitless PTY Ltd premises for whatever purpose, including the loss of personal possessions and effects. Be Limitless PTY Ltd does not advertise, endorse, cater for nor offer any form of drug rehabilitation, get rich schemes, psychiatric or psychological treatment, assistance or guidance.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Be Limitless PTY Ltd and HarlequinJHB.co.za, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Please refrain from any misguided or misdirected complains or slander towards Be Limitless or “The Harlequin Experience” without at least consulting with us and allowing us to rectify the situation or any unhappiness. We would never do this to you and we would appreciate the same courtesy. No matter what, we would always like to maintain a good relationship with you and anyone who referred you. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our offering and any feedback is welcome.

* The Harlequin Experience is the full and 100% participation and completion of both BreakThrough and Chalice, completion of all exercises, games, homework, journaling, feedback, question and answer sessions and optional supportive counselling, performance coaching and use and implementation of all extras and bonus materials based on your choice of package, each followed by your participation in the post course events.

** Giving it your all, completing and participating in 100% of the Games, the Concepts, the Application of each Process, Door opened and Stepped Through Processes, Interaction, Question and Answer Support Sessions, Feedback, Using Additional supporting Services, Coaching, attendance of the Post Course Events, Peer interaction and Peer assessment etc…

Delivery of Services policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and confirmed by way email. (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. if applicable.)


Please inform Be Limitless of any change of attendance prior to the course commencement date in writing or per e-mail. Be Limitless reserves the right to reschedule publicised course dates should the minimum criteria not be met. Participants will be notified of such mention by Be Limitless within 4 days either via telephone and or email.


14 days or more in writing before course commencement – 50% refund.

7 days or less in writing before course commencement – no refund.

Participant s may find a replacement for their reserved place.



I acknowledge that my participation in The Harlequin Experience and any work offered by Be Limitless is voluntary and of my own free will. I am responsible for myself and whatever I do for the duration of the experience and thereafter. Be Limitless Workshops are experiential and anything I gain from these works is incidental. Be Limitless does not cater for nor offer any form of psychiatric or psychological treatment, assistance or guidance. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Be Limitless 42 (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Be Limitless 42 (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African.

Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
